Summary
Order History Smart Manager processes your Amazon order and transaction data locally in your browser to generate CSV exports. Limited service and security metadata is sent to our servers as described below. We do not sell your data.
Data we access
The extension accesses the following data only when you use it on Amazon pages:
- Your Orders page content (order IDs, dates, totals, and other visible metadata).
- Your Amazon Transactions page content when you choose a transaction export (dates, amounts, masked payment methods, merchant labels, statuses, and associated order IDs).
- Optional: Order details pages and product pages (if you enable optional enrichment features).
- A randomly generated installation identifier, the current Amazon product-page URL, the extension identifier, and the request time for service eligibility.
- Your IP address and browser user agent, which are received by the service when the extension makes a request.
How data is used
- To parse your order or transaction history and build CSV files you choose to download.
- To show progress/status while exporting.
- To cache parsed results locally (optional) to speed up repeat exports.
- To determine service eligibility, enforce waiting periods and cooldowns, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, and operate the related service page.
Data storage
Settings and cached exports are stored using chrome.storage.local on your device.
You can clear this at any time using the extension’s Clear cache button or the Settings page.
The installation identifier and service-request metadata may also be stored in protected server logs and security tables. Installation and IP identifiers may be hashed in authorization tables; security incident records may retain the originating IP address.
Data sharing
The extension does not transmit your order or transaction history to our servers. CSV files are generated locally and downloaded to your device via Chrome’s download manager.
After our server authorizes an installation, service eligibility is checked with our OpenLane service using the installation identifier, Amazon product-page URL, IP address, and browser user agent. Supabase is used for protected server-side storage. Resend is used only to email the operator when suspicious IP activity is detected.
